"What innovation. I toured Lowell two weeks ago and could not have been more impressed with your other examples of innovation, namely the robotics utilized in the QA lab and in the laser marking area. We are going to be installing out own hi-definition cameras in our QA lab soon. I’ve copied my QA faculty for them to enjoy your video."

"All of the plates looked awesome! Also all of the specs were right on from what we could inspect here and we had to send out for some dimensions we couldn’t inspect here.  So far so good and we couldn’t believe the finish you were able to accomplish, that in its self was very impressive. Thanks for all of the hard work on this project."

"Lowell Inc, really understands and has embraced GD&T in development and production environment. They also have the metrology piece figured out as well, which is pretty impressive. This is actually one of the first suppliers we’ve seen that is technically competent enough to be “qualified” for dock to stock on mechanical components!"

"I have received some new fully processed plates today and boy do they look nice and shiny which is great! Heck, even the Marketing and Quality department is excited about the "shiny" look.  I've heard comments like "the bar has just been raised" and "this is the best looking product in our company". Keep up the great work and it does not go unnoticed. I wanted to personally say thank you to the folks that worked on improving the secondary processes to obtain the surface finish of 16 Ra max. We could not have got there without their involvement. Surgeries will be starting in another month or so and I'll be sure to share more feedback on the Plate then."

"Thank you for your time this morning.  I really like the processes Lowell has implemented to demonstrate confidence and precision between design, machining, & measurement.  The level of evidence (and confidence) you are able to provide is definitely leading the industry and raising expectations.  You have differentiated Lowell as a leader.  I am excited to continue learning from you and working with you in the future."

"The promise of proper application of GD&T to mechanical drawings is more precise design intent, better parts, lower scrap, less rework, faster development time, cheaper components, etc. In practice we have struggled (enterprise wide) to realize some of these benefits with many suppliers because of a lack of education, understanding or strategy around GD&T and Measurement systems for development and production."
