- Swiss Style — up to 7-axis capability. Lathes with sub-spindles. Diameters from 3.2mm up to 32mm. Machined finishes to 10 Ra. Tolerances to +/- .0001".
- Conventional Fixed — up to 9-axis capability. Autoload 2 1/2" bar feeders. Diameters from 1/8" up to 1 5/8". Secondary operation lathes with diameters to 8".
CNC Multi-Axis Milling
- Horizontal and vertical machining centers up to 5-axis capability. Work envelope from 17 3/4" x 15 3/4" x 22 3/4" to 28" x 20" x 17". High capacity tool magazines. Tolerances to +/- .0001".
CNC Lathe Turning
- Lathe turning with 2-axis capability. Autoload 1 5/8" bar feeders. Diameters from 1/8" up to 1 5/8". Secondary operation lathes with diameters to 8". Tolerances to +/- .00005".
Wire EDM
- Wire EDM with 4H technology and submersible rotary. Work envelope up to 12" x 8" x 6". Tolerances to +/- .00015.
Assembly
- Class 100 (ISO Class 5) clean room.
- Class 10,000 (ISO Class 7) assembly area.
